Actress Amanda Peet visits “Late Show with David Letterman”. You Can see the pictures in the gallery. I also was able to get the video! So you can see the captures in the gallery and the video in our video archive. Amanda Peet was today in The Early Show you can see the video in the The Early Show Website. (HERE). Amanda Peet runs some errands around Los Angeles Friday afternoon. Funny Lady Amanda went to a picture framer before going to her alteration tailor. She was wearing a loose grey t-shirt and a pair of black trousers.

Amanda Peet Apologizes

Amanda Peet has apologized for calling parents who don’t vaccinate their kids “parasites,” in a letter to Cookie magazine.

Peet writes, “I believe in my heart that my use of the word “parasites” was mean and divisive; I completely understand why it offended some parents, and in particular, parents of children with autism who feel that vaccines caused their illness.”

Peet goes on in the apology letter to talk about how her mom had polio and how it’s “hard to appreciate vaccines now that so few children are dying from preventable diseases today,” but how that could all change if we’re not careful. Amanda Peet was in The Los Angeles Premiere of “Hancock” - June 30. Like I promise I upload the pictures from this event. 54HQ pictures plus 71 MQ. I hope you like it. I also have some more news about her new project.

The Hollywood Reporter successfully does its job and reports that The Visitor writer/director Thomas McCarthy has landed a role in Rolan Emmerich’s upcoming apocalyptic movie 2012. He will play the new boyfriend of Amanda Peet’s character – the ex-wife of the lead character played by John Cusack.

The film will begin shooting this August in Vancouver. Thandie Newtown, Danny Glover and Oliver Platt are also set to star. McCarthy is also working on a new script that he hopes to direct.

Amanda Essence has her 2nd Anniversary. So thank you for the previous owner (Will) That start everything. And thanks for Gertie for hosting it. And all the fans that keep visiting, and of course Amanda Peet for existing. I hope you still keep up with the site, because Amanda Essence is growing and growing every day. Anyway I decide to make a big A Lot Like Love Update since this is the movie that most people recognize Amanda, also one of my favorites.

By The Way Amanda attended the Premiere of Columbia Pictures’ “Hancock” - June 30. So when I have my computer back I will upload the pictures. (probably tomorrow, so don’t forget to see check it out)

David Duchovny will be on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ on Thursday July 24th, and Amanda Peet is scheduled for ‘Letterman’ on Tuesday, July 22nd. Both to promote The X Files.
Also Emmerich is shooting for a release date of July 10, 2009.
